I have an issue with my Versa and the "Total Floors" reading. Right around the beginning of September, 2019, the total floors reading started going up, with no change in my stair climbing activity. I had been averaging 80-100 floors a week. Last week I showed 2,200 total floors. The reading increases any time I do any kind of activity (bike riding, housework, weight lifting, etc.) The only response I received from Fitbit was how to manually change the reading and how to turn off the Versa.
I use an iPhone 7, and it seems like this started after the last IOS update. Has anyone else had this issue, and have you found a solution?
Thank you!

Hi @DJCJR, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to my attention and the information that was shared in your post. Support team informed me that they provided you assistance with the floors inconvenience you're currently experiencing with your Versa device just as stated in your post. That being said, my best advice for you at this moment will be to contact them back if you have any additional questions about the outcome of your case or if you require further assistance. I'm sure that they'll be happy to give you more information and details.
I'll be here if you need anything else.

RicardoFitbit,
The information I was given was how to manually change the total floors
number and how to turn off the Versa if I wanted to (that was something I
had wondered about). I am trying to find out why this is happening. Is it
related to iPhone IOS update? Is it a mechanical issue with the Versa? I
was looking to see if anyone else had the same issue.
Thank you,
Don
