Hello. I just got the Fitbit Versa 2 special edition and have done three runs on it so far. I had the first edition versa and I have been running the same paths to train for a marathon. I use the exercise app to track my miles and times and the Fitbit versa 2 isnt accurately tracking my miles. I ran this same path 2 weeks ago and three other times on my first fitbit and it recorded 3.45 miles and today the versa 2 record 2.63 miles. Even when I map it out on maps, the versa 2 is off. Every run has been wrong so far. Can someone help me fix it? I bought it so I could train accurately and I am very disappointed at the moment.

Nobody can address distance issues without knowing whether or not you are connecting to your phone's GPS.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
