I updated my Versa on Tuesday. Tuesday afternoon it went black for about 1/2 hour. I turn it off every night. When I turned it on Wednesday, am , there was a problem. The screen remains black if I just turn it on. I have to reset several times before it comes on. My battery life was very low and it took 15 minutes to update to the current date. This has been happening every morning since then. The battery lasts long when I have it on. When I shut it overnight the battery declines. I have been in contact with customer service. They think it is the battery. However, the opposite happens. When I use it, the battery is fine. It is only when I shut it off, it depletes.
Is anyone else having this issue.
