Hi, I just got a Versa 3 and I can't find a way to stop it counting floors, I don't want it to count floors ever, hope someone can help.

Hi @SunsetRunner  - you can remove floors from the Fitbit App, click edit and remove it.

 

If it appears on your clock face change to another one that doesn't have it.
