Having contacted Fitbit through messenger and email but not very helpful I have tried everything but phone won't connect to Google assistant I have had the watch 2 weeks

Hi @Jancait2  -  Google Assistant is only available in certain countries, see at the bottom https://www.fitbit.com/global/us/technology/voice

Thank you yes my daughter cab get it but I can't and we got the watches same time

@Jancait2  -  try logout of the Fitbit App, then login and go to the Voice Assistant and reconnect [click profile photo, device photo, Voice Assistant tile].

As from photo this is what I get all the time I have unin stall fitbot app an watch and re done but nothing

Also reachable via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.
