Floral clock face

I just got my versa 3, I had an charge 3 and charge 4 before. I downloaded the Fitbit Floral clock face and the unfo says that it shows time date and steps... but how do I get the date???

I have tried everything and in the settings all I can change is the color.... on the charge 3 and 4 I could tap the screen and the info would change from steps to heart rate to calories etc etc..

Hi @CW86  -  best way to find out is to contact the developer at the bottom where to select it in the Fitbit App. Might be a description error.

Also have a look at other clock faces in the gallery that may offer even better results.

It is an Fitbit original clock face... in other cases you can click on "contact developer" but not when the developer is Fitbit... thats why I tried to contact them here... to either get them to fix the date function or delete this function from the information description if it is wrong...

@CW86  - thanks, it seems you can't contact them, you can contact Fitbit Support directly. Or also reachable via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.
