I can’t seem to find anywhere to get a fob style band for my versa 3??? Do they exist anywhere? Perhaps I’m looking for the wrong name? I just need a band that changes to a nurse pin type watch?

The Fitbit Inspire has an optional clip but there isn't one for the Versa 3. With many of the functions of a smartwatch dependent upon heart rate monitoring it's unlikely that fitbit would provide support for a clip.
