Food Log not working

My food log on my app isn’t working. When I try to add any food and hit save it takes me back to the main screen with all my stats and doesn’t add any more. Tried following direction from other forums in regards to logging out and force quitting but it still isn’t working. Any thoughts?

Hi everyone,

I have a Fitbit Luxe, same issue here. Since the last Fitbit update the food log doesn't show any new logs. What I have tried from other forums:

  • Restart Fitbit luxe 
  • Uninstall-reinstall Fitbit app
  • Force stop and restart Fitbit app
  • Update Fitbit app (but no new updates available as it was updated 3 days ago)

Any other ideas? Thanks a lot in advance!
