Versa 2 settings missing from watch

Hi. 

Not sure if anyone can help, but ive just noticed that i dont have the settings app on my watch.  Is it possible to get it back somehow? I have searched online but ive not found much info 😞

Same thing happened to me. I know its been awhile, so I hope you've figured it out, but if not all you need to do is go into the fitbit app on your phone and reinstall it ftom the apps menu. It must've been ininstalled after the most recent update.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that the Settings app is missing on your watch. Thank you for your efforts to resolve this. I recommend restarting your watch by following steps from this help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device? This will refresh your device internally.

 

If the issue persists, try switching to a Fitbit clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

On my app it ya installed but can’t get to any of my apps on my watch! 😫😫😫

Hi @Nicolepederson2 - you may need to restart the watch and also need to keep scrolling all the way as it may be th last launch icon.

If you press and hold the icon you can move it to the first position.
