I have versa limited edition and there is very limited food database 

With new versa 2 is there wider selection of different countries with a different database or is it still same?

And also with new versa 2 can you answer to the phone or is it still only “bush the button” option ?

Hi @SunsetRunner, welcome to the community.

 

The food database is tied to the app and is the same across all Fitbit devices (dependent on county). Have you considered using a 3rd party food tracking website (Myfitnesspal or lose it) and linking your fitbit to that? I use Lose it and find the database to be excellent, it pulls my steps and calories burned from Fitbit and even pushes my food entries back to fitbit (although this is not a free service). Myfitnesspal does similar and has a completely free option.

 

As for taking calls on the Versa 2, it's not possible as the device is lacking a speaker.
