Calories are not adding up when food is being logged. I have tried all the usual tricks. Nothing works. This appears to be an app fault
Hi @mattbrown999 are you logging food through the fitbit app, the Versa 3, or through a third party app.
We are in the hardware support board.
Best AnswerThrough the Fitbit app
Best AnswerSame, just started this evening. I inputted what I had for dinner. The app shows the food and calories of each but the total calorie intake is wrong. It didn't add dinner total, it stopped at lunch. This is annoying AF.
All three vanities that I've logged were incorrect. Now they have all been zeroed.b the app shows the food I have logged but the calories just zero. sort it out fitbit
Best AnswerOvernight app updated to 3.63. Everything seems to be in order now but I will monitor for a while to make sure. Still took too long in my opinion. Not a good look for fitbit.
Best AnswerI have android so can only speak to that. I'm not sure if anyone with ios is having issues.
What I meant was that overnight, my fitbit app updated to 3.63. I assume it was pushed out by fitbit and was automatic.
Best AnswerI have spoken to Fitbit about my particular issue of the calories zeroing out and a couple of other food logging issues on Android. Fitbit say this is a known bug that they are working on. I've been having this issue for over four weeks so their programmers must just have been on a long summer holiday rather than fixing the issue. Apparently it doesn't affect IOS. Do anyone else having the issue, switching on and off, uninstalling and reinstalling etc, won't work.
Same issue, it often zero's out previous days logged food, or just add up the calories correctly. tried re-installing, on / off, all the usual, but it is still happening 😶
