While on vacation found a Versa 2 that somebody left at the pool. Not finding the owner we decided to keep it. However, the Versa is asking to be unlocked with phone but the phone app is asking for a 4-digit code. Is there anything I can do with the phone or the watch to be able to set it up? Thanks!

Hello there @Jose15, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for letting us know you found a Fitbit Versa 2.
At this time, there is no way to unlock it as you'll need the phone where it is paired it to proceed.
If you found the Versa 2 near a local business, you may wish to submit it to their lost and found. Otherwise, we suggest recycling this Fitbit at a local electronics recycling facility.
Thank you again for reaching out. We very much appreciate it.

@MarreFitbit No, that is not correct. I was able to unlock it with the assistance of Fitbit customer service through Twitter. I have paired it with my phone and it is working just fine. For others to know, the process via Twitter was straightforward and the response was super fast. Thanks to @Fitbit Support!
We found the watch by the pool at an Airbnb we were staying and looked for the owner without any success.
