I was charging my Fitbit last night and this morning it is at a black screen and it won't reboot by pushing and holding the side button. How do use can I reboot it?

It is possible that your Fitbit Versa 2 is completely fine, but that the charging port is faulty or dirty and didn’t charge correctly. The back of your Versa 2 might need cleaning as well. So make sure you clean the charging port and your Versa 2 with a cue tip and some cleaning solution and then try charging your Versa 2 again. After cleaning your Fitbit place it back on the charger for at least 30 mins to see if that solves the issue. If not try restarting your Versa 2 again. If the problem persists place your Versa 2 back in the charger and try changing your clock face going through the Fitbit App. Preferably picking either the original clock face or one made by Fitbit.
