Frozen screen AND button doesn't work

My Versa 2 side button hasn't worked for weeks, but I've just lived with that and worked around it.  Now my screen is frozen on the cards in my wallet.  That's the only screen I've seen for 2 days now.   I can't force a restart since the button doesn't work.   Help please.

I am having the exact same issue and for the same length of time. The only difference, at all, is my screen is stuck on Spotify. My left button does absolutely nothing - no matter how long I hold it down.

My button also stopped working about 2 months ago. My screen froze on Alexa and for hours I tried everything to unfreeze it. The button was dead. As a last ditch effort I went into the app on my tablet and changed my clock face back to the original one that was there when my Versa 2 was new. By changing the clockface, it must break the connection and my screen was no longer frozen. The button was still broken, but all else worked fine. I then changed my clockface back to my preferred one and was good for almost 2 months. The same thing happened again yesterday where the screen froze in spotify. I changed the clockface again and eventually the screen unfroze. The only difference this 2nd time was it took a much longer time for the new clockface to appear and unfreeze. It was almost 10 minutes before the clockface appeared.

Afterwards I changed back to my preferred clockface and everything has worked well since. Please note however the problem still remains that the button will not work for anything!!
