Full battery blank screen

My screen went blank last night I charged over night took off charger and it said 100% then when I looked at time on wrist screen blank have tried re setting using buttons nothing on app says battery full if I put into charching dock it says 0% and then goes blank  any advice please

Hi, did you also try to restart your Versa multiple times with the two buttons method? If yes, contact Customer Support and ask for a battery test.
