I started to have a bunch of issues with syncing. Versa doesn't show caller ID (yes, I allowed permissions). I've checked all possible settings. I've reinstalled the app. I even restored the watch to the factory settings.Nothing is working, it's beyond frustrating. I can see now that bad reviews make sense. very disappointed. please fix!

ugh, i just bought a versa special edition a few days ago....nothing but disappointment. Thinking I should return it and look into the samsung smart watch.

so many restarts, uninstall app, reinstall app......
I mostly walk for exercise, and I can't even find anywhere on the versa that acknowledges "walking" as exercise!

I enjoyed it until recently. I've had for around 5 months.
you can actually add Walk as exercise. in your Fitbit app dashboard press Versa watch in the top right corner. Then scroll down to Exercise Shortcuts. you can remove the ones you don't want, and add Walk instead (press + top right corner)

I'm having very similar issues.
Just updated the Android app and now I can't sync my versa properly, nor can I enter info into the app.

I called Fitbit a couple of days ago, and "they're working on these problems... nothing we can do at this time... wait for an update". great 😨 for now I just have a quite expensive pedometer.
