My Versa and app on phone show I never slept last night. I did sleep though. I tried resetting and still nothing.

@Dizzym58 Can you please check when the last sync was? Please go to your Dashboard on Fitbit.com and click the gear cog icon in the top right corner. This should open the menu which will tell you when Versa synced last. Also, can you please confirm your Heart rate monitor is ON (are the sensor lights blinking)?

It last synced about 10 minutes ago. If you mean the lights on the back of watch only the green one is flashing.

@Dizzym58 Can you please attach a screenshot for heart rate chart from your Fitbit mobile app? I would like to check if the HR was recorded last night. If it wasn't, that would explain lack of sleep recognition.
