My versa has just recently started doing the same thing! I purchased it in October, so it's still very new. I have restarted numerous times, updated the firmware, but it still glitches. There were no impacts or damage done to the Fitbit. I'm not sure if there is something else to try or not, or if it needs to be replaced.
