I'm upset about this also. My Versa2 Fitbit has tracked perfectly until this week! Now, it doesn't make any sense. It isn't tracking my distance or time correctly. I walk the same route every day. Monday was correct and showed the exact streets I walked and the distance. Tuesday was way off. The tracking showed overlapping and crisscrossing that didn't even come close to following the streets. If I'd walked that way, I would have had to either fly over buildings and objects or magically passed through them. Wednesday was a little better, but still crazy-wrong.
