Hi
Received my Fitbit versa on 19th May, been working fine.
Suddenly there is a white circle in the middle of the screen
Have tried resetting many time, factory reset twice as well then reset multiple time. However it remains the same.
Have no problem changing watch face, syncing, receiving notification. seem to work perfectly fine except of white circle on the screen.

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via Twitter and email. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
