So when I cycle to work which is about a 5/6 minute cycle it doesn’t track me with gps it does for a short time then stops. I though I had it figured out with waiting till my Fitbit is saying connected up the top which didn’t work. Really annoying you pay decent money for one of these and still doesn’t work right
I'm having the same issue too. The cycling mode doesn't track distance or route. Walk tracks distance, but not route. It's been working just fine since I got the fitbit in August. Is the new update the problem?
