Sleep is not being recorded

Hi, my versa 2 is barely 3 days old and it's not recording my sleep at all. The first 2 days I had to manually log it in. Is this a faulty device? Or is there something I'm doing wrong?

Manual logging in does not work. Also go into the  My apps section and there maybe Settings needs to be updated.
