GPS is not tracking my run (only tracking 1 minute)

Hi! My Versa 3 is not tracking my run with the GPS. The GPS is connecting at the beggining of my run and it is only working for 1-2 minutes, then I don’t have the rest of the GPS tracking on the app (only the 1-2 minutes). 
I am running with someone who has a Versa 4 and her GPS tracking is working well, so the area is not the problem. 
Does anyone have this problem?
