I purchased a versa 2 at Christmas and linked it to my android phone without a problem. Unfortunately my phone broke so I bought a new one last month and now the GPS is not connecting. I've turned the phone off and on again, made sure Bluetooth is on and location switched on but no luck. It is tracking my miles but not the route. When I switch Bluetooth off and on again the Versa 2 is in my paired devices but when I tap on it the message "an app is needed" shows up. I have the app open in my phone. I even uninstalled the app and reinstalled it with no success. Any advice would be much appreciated 🙏
