Will the Versa 2 track my run if I leave my phone at home? If so, does it map out the route I have taken e.g. show the roads I have been on etc.?

Without the phone to connect to GPS, the V2 cannot map your run.  It will make an estimate of the distance as number of steps times stride length, but no map.

 

Only the Ionic and Charge 4 have built-in GPS so can get map without phone.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
