Why is only  walk, run, hike the only exercise options offered? I know there are more options on the actual device

My theory is because the phone exercise is left over from years ago when the trackers did not have the capability of the Exercise App.  With more capabilities on the device, that is where new options are being added.  And not everyone wants to need their phone with them to exercise.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
