I am unable to switch on Versa. Tried pressing all the 3 buttons but it is not working and the battery is sufficiently charged

I used to just hold down the left button. Now you have to hold down the bottom right button and the left buttons to turn on my versa. The new update now kills my battery 30-40% overnight if it is turned off, so I will no longer be turning my versa off overnight. So if it has been turned off for a long time it may need charged also. As turning off the versa now kills the battery instead of saving it.

I did the factory reset and soon after that I tried switching on the watch but is not working and it doesn’t even take charge.
Any suggestions?

Maybe try and hold down all 3 buttons at the same time for several seconds. If you feel it vibrate, then release the bottom right button. If that doesnt work, then I would contact fitbit and see what they say.

You now have to hold the left button and bottom right button to turn on the fitbit versa. If you turn it off under settings, my fitbit will drastically loose battery life even though turning a device off should save the battery. I think there is a bug in the firmware.

I went to fitbit.com and at the bottom of the screen there is a help button. Then I went down to contact us and I did a chat with fitbit.

Alessi from Fitbit just posted a new post regarding the firmware update. Your experience regarding the shut down and the battery drain needs to be posted under that the post so that they are aware that this firmaware is doing the same exact thing as the December Firmware.
This was a big issue that many users complained about and it looks like it still hasn't been addressed.

Thank you @SunsetRunner for letting me know about the other thread. I posted on there as well, but on my end, the battery drain issue was never fixed in the firmware update. Wish I could take back the updates and start with the versa I bought straight out of the box. I liked that version a lot.

The battery drainage issue was never addressed, even after so many users posted about it. That was one of the things that prompted me not to do the December update. Folks are still having issues from that firmware update and it doesn't seem like this one has really addressed the issues.

I don't understand why this hasn't been addressed as of yet.either...it was and still is a major issue.
