Just to check, if a Versa is still on the firmware 32.10.15 and never received the update to 32.12.19 will the updater skip 32.12.19 and update straight to 32.33.1.30?
From reading other threads it appears there was an issue where Versa's needed to go through a factory reset to get 32.12.19? If a Versa is stuck at 32.10.15 and would have needed a factory reset to get 32.12.19 has that bug been fixed and future updates will happen now without the reset? Or should anyone still on 32.10.15 do a reset to clear the bug so they can get future updates?
Note I'm not trying to force the new update, I know that wont work, I just want to confirm my Versa (still on 32.10.15) is in a state where it can actually get updates.

@DeclanF I can confirm that the new OS 3.0 update can be pushed and installed from 32.10.15. I'm installing now. I didn't do (or want to do) a factory reset since I have music and credit cards that I would have had to add all over again. My firmware was 32.32.10.15 with the last firmware update installed in May 2018. No need to factory reset. Just patience needed.

I would love to see a direct answer to this question too. I've read all the postings but no where did I see someone say "I updated after being prompted and I started at 32.10.15". Please, can someone offer a definitive answer?

I see the update has now been pushed out to 50% of Versas, mine is not one of them. Still no answer from Fitbit as to whether or not Versas stuck on 32.10.15 need a Factory reset? I know I might be in the 50% yet to get the update but I'd still like to know if the bug that stopped Versas on 32.10.15
from updating to 32.12.19 without a Factory reset has been fixed or not. I dont want to do a reset unless I have to since I've seen Fitbit moderators telling people not to. Again, I'm not trying to force the update to 32.33.1.30 I just want my Versa to be ready for it.

I’m wondering the same thing. I updated maybe a few weeks ago, but I updated to 32.12.24 I think this is the update right after 32.12.19 if I’m correct and I still haven’t received a notification for the latest update.
