Get Active. There has been a service error with this for three days now therefore not allowing me to check my challenge. Is this likely to continue?

YET AGAIN no availability of accessing this video. What’s going on Fitbit, how many more times are we going to be asked to go for a walk!!!
I have noticed also that it is particularly slow in logging food items. In fact sometimes have to guess as it doesn’t switch on to food item at all!! Not the most professional way to conduct advice.
