I need help.

I finally was able to fix my versa 2 but I need help getting the 7 tiles that I can have on the tracker like sleep, water, weight, etc. After having issues with the GPS being on constantly I was able to fix that but now I don't have the tiles on the tracker that I had before because I had to reset the tracker. I would really appreciate help getting all these tiles back up on my versa 2 so I can see all of that

Swipe up to Today screen and scroll down to Settings.
