I have noticed that my versa is counting steps while on the my night stand. I have read thru forum questions and my versa is not by a fan or any vibrations, nor is it on the charger. My husband purchased the versa for me as a Birthday gift and have lost the receipt so I can not return it. My other option is to hopefully ask the community for help and maybe someone have found a solution. I have restarted my versa and hopefully in the morning my issue will be resolved.

The first thing to do when there is a glitch is to restart the device. Have you tried that?

I found out the exact same thing today. I forgot mine for the first time today, so it has been on my night stand for 24 hours. It has counted 6082 steps, 15 active minutes, 5,38 kms and 2303kcal. And saturday it didn't count any active minutes so I already had to restart my versa then. I shouldn't have to restart my Versa every couple of days for it to work properly. Kinda losing faith in the credibility of the stats that Fitbit is showing me.....

Just found out it seems like it is somehow synced to my Samsung Health app on my phone. Never agreed to the two apps connecting with eachother though, so still think this is really weird..
