Glitching/Buttons won’t work

My buttons no longer work and the screen keeps jumping back and forth from the run tracker to saying I have no notifications. I restarted it and it helped for about 2 hours. I tried again and had the same response. I took videos but I can’t upload them.

Hi @ATsb22 See if you can do a Factory Reset (settings app on the watch and scroll down to About ). If you cant navigate there or it doesnt work, p.ease come back here.
