Google Wallet on Versa 2

Because of Versa 2 sync issues (with iPhone), battery empty fast. I decided to bring it back to factory settings and re install. Biggest mistake! Wallet changed to Google Wallet. Fitbit app can’t connect with Google wallet. 
No Fitbit pay available anymore and I can’t configure google wallet. So no paying anymore with the Versa. What to do?

It's ridiculous how Fitbit treats (ignores) his users. I reported this problem at the support. The reaction is they know this problem, but can't fix it. They suggest I use the community for a new function. 
Really? It's a bug. It's malfunction. 
It looks like the introduced Google account (instead of a fitbit account), then they introduces Google Wallet for Sense 2 and Versa 4. It seems they changed it for every device and user. No more Fitbit Pay available. 
Now I can't pay anymore with my Versa 2. 
They don't mention where the mistake is. Is it the device? Google account? Google Wallet? And the give no terms of a solution.

Unfortunately I'm getting used to there lack of support. In 2020 when I got my Versa 2, I asked for a vibration mode "off", but got never supported in this suggestion.
