I have a Versa 2, have set up for google account as told by email from Fitbit but every time I try and add a card to the google wallet i get an error - something went wrong, an unexpected error occurred please try another time. I have been trying everyday for a couple of days and can’t get it to work. Help please!
@Zoeybond90 is the bank that issued your card on this list? Those are the banks that support Google Wallet at this time. More banks are always being added, so that list changes frequently.

Hi, yes it’s Santander I’m in the uk. It’s not even letting me get to the point of choosing a bank or entering card details. When I open the Fitbit app and click google wallet the error then appears
@Zoeybond90 can you tell me which version of the Fitbit app you have? I am using Android version 4.14 and I couldn't get Google Wallet to work with earlier versions of the app. I am in the US and I don't know if that would make a difference.

I am also using 4.14 but on iPhone
@Zoeybond90 Hi. You should be able to call or chat with Fitbit support in about 1 minute, rather than back and forthing with a volunteer? Much quicker.
I did try that but they couldn’t really help just told me to update the app and reboot the watch and neither options resolved the issue
@Zoeybond90 Maybe try again? Maybe you'll get someone better this time. Hope someone can help, including @alexthecat
Similar case.
Google pay is normal in my mobile phone. I set up google wallet for my Versa 2 through the app. After inputting the security code, the app displays "contacting your bank ..." and then "Something went wrong, Please try again later".
Would Fitbit/Google please follow the issue and solve the problem asap.
