yesterday we got 2 versas in the mail shipped from ingram micro mobility.  Just the watch. No charger or band or instructions.  I have been looking at these online but haven't ordered anything. Plus the names are to other people at our name and address.  It seems to be shipped from the above 3rd party but can't get in touch with them.  any suggestions?

Hi, maybe this helps: https://nl.ingrammicro.eu/business-areas/lifecycle-services/about-ingram-micro-mobility. It seems to be a Dutch Company. On this site you will find at the bottom of the page a Phone number:https://channelconnect.nl/telecom/ingram-micro-wederzijdse-loyaliteit-vinden-klanten/. De tekst is in Dutch.

Ingram Micro is a large tech distribution company in the US. They may have been sending a replacement--those aren't shipped with the bands and instructions.  Don't open the package if you haven't (not allowed to open other's mail), and have the post office return it.

@nanadawg   I just received some items that I bought from the Fitbit store.  The return address is

Fit1/ Ingram Micro Mobility

501 Airtech Parkway

Suite 24

Plainfield, IN 46168

If that is the same or similar address, then I think they came directly from Fitbit.

This company has a contract with Fitbit to send out refurbished items.

Those ya other names activated their warranty with Fitbit and fitbits warranty, they don’t have to provide you with new items.  They activated the warranty, being that their Fitbit broke before a year on the warranty was up, and then this company sends that customer a refurbished item.

This company is a contractor of Fitbit and sends me refurbished items every time my Fitbit breaks under warranty, which has been about three times now.

I bought a brand new Versa 2 from fitbit for BF why they send me a refurbished item? I bought it from fitbit.com. im thinking of returning it. Too much for a used product.

We just ordered a new Sense from Amazon, and received a used, scratched, and not even cleaned watch in a bag. No box...no charger...no manual. They didn't even clean the footprint of dirt and oil left around the outside of where the previous owners screen protector was. Calling this refurbished is a joke. Shipping refurbished items when the site represents them as new is a CRIME! Whether this was the fault of Amazon, Fitbit doing business with a joke of a distribution company (Ingram Micro Mobility), or said distribution co. knowingly defrauding customers, I don't know, but I'm going to find out! How Fitbit handles this long overlooked issue will determine if we remain Fitbit customers, or leave for a more honest, properly managed, and customer-centric company forever. Stay tuned...
