I got a versa 2 for christmas. It was recommended. I've gone back and forth between versa 2 and lite.
After reading some boards I'm wondering if I should exchange it. I currently have charge 2 and like it.
I cant run anymore and need to swim which is why I went versa, but now I'm reading it doesnt track he, doesnt live track swimming, etc. ..
Do i keep versa 2 or exchange?

I'm not sure what the question is.
Swipe to exercise. Tap and you will find 20 different exercises that can be manually started from the wrist.
The tracker will automatically, without you doing anything more than wearing, track a walk, run, elliptical, swim

I've read that versa 2 does not track swimming on wrist, just on phone and has not been accurate on laps or steps. So I was just curious people's experiences

Most phones can not be used in the water and that would make them hard to track swimming with.
If you look at the exercises, you'll notice that swimming is one of the 20 exercises found on the Ionic, Versa, Versa 2, and I believe the Versa lite.
Also if the Versa 2 is worn while swimming, there is a good chance that the swim will automatically be recorded.
Here is the auto detection settings.
So yes your Versa 2 will track swimming. The phone will not.

No phone in the water. I mean I've read you cant track on wrist. To see Stats you need to look at phone, once synced.
Has it been fixed that versa 2 you can now track laps on the wrist?
