Gps and bitmoji nit working

Gps not recording routes and the bitmoji is stuck at 2% and showing discontinued, additionally, the time won't change unless I sync the watch. I have restarted uninstall restalled the app, turned on and off Bluetooth and restarted the watch not still not working
