My fitbit had lines through it about 2 days however continued to track my steps Yesterday it stopped tracking my steps and I have placed it on the charger today and tried to turn it on using the back and bottom button and all 3 buttons.The screen is still black and I cannot turn it on.It is a versa and I have had it for approximately 22 months.Is there anything else I can try?

Have you tried a restart or contacted support
