I've had my Versa 2 for a while now and it usually syncs with my app (Android phone) fine, but seemingly randomly though quite often it refuses to sync for maybe a day or so - very frustrating! I've tried rebooting the Versa and phone, Bluetooth etc but nothing works except waiting a day+...Help??!!

I am a new user with an Android phone but had syncing, and notification problems. It seemed like a Bluetooth problem. Is your Versa 2 showing up at the top of your Bluetooth connection list on your phone? It seemed everything worked fine when Versa 2 was at the top of the list but had problems later when Versa 2 automatically sorted alphabetically to the bottom of the list. I read somewhere in a manual I think that Versa must be the first device. As a result, I renamed Versa 2 to 0Versa 2 and now my Versa connection remains at the top of the list. All I did was tap the "Settings" icon to the right of Versa 2 in the Bluetooth list and added the "0". I havent had a problem since...even after a recharge. Hope it helps you!
