I bought my Fitbit Versa less than three months ago. It worked fine. I liked it. However, all of a sudden gray vertical lines appeared on the screen a couple of days ago. They stayed on. Its very disturbing. I did a factory reset by pressing all three buttons as per one of the similar issue's accepted solution in this forum. It did not help.
I have been using Fitbit devices for many years (Old Surge, Blaze, etc..) I was so excited about Versa as it was swim proof. Now I am very disappointed with this problem. Could you please help!

If you have tried all of the troubleshooting steps including a factory reset, the issue must be hardware related.
In this case the only option you have is to contact customer support to discuss what warranty options are available to you.
