My screen appears to be cloudy the colors are faded. What could have happened?

Hi, did you went for a swim? Try restarting your Versa several times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. Normally this should solve the problem. If the problem is not solved, contact Customer Support.
