The green led light has stopped blinking, and it is no longer tracking hear beat or sleep. I have tried restarting/factory reset several times, but it is still not working. I have searched and found that turning the heart rate on and off may help, but it did not in my case. I am at a loss as to what the problem could be or what else I can do to fix the problem. My sleep and heartbeat have not been logged since Friday, August 9th.
