Guided Programs not syncing with exercises

I've completed workouts this week that have lasted over an hr, but then it's not showing up in my Guided Program, Get Active. It'll say it's only been 40 minutes, not the full 80 or more. When I look at the exercise, it even says 80 minutes, but then it says 40 minutes under the impact tab. And that number shows up in the Program. This has happened all week, and it's frustrating because I'm not getting credit for the time I'm putting into the Guided Program.

Hello @SunsetRunner I think your confusing active minutes for total time exercising.

The impact tab doesnt display the total time of the avtivity.

Active minutes are not exercise minutes? Why aren't they the same?

Minutes of activity ate the minutes the user is doing an activity.

Active minutes have to do with the intensity. 

What are Active Zone Minutes or active minutes on my Fitbit device?
