Please please can some one give me idiots guide how to sync my versa with my apple imac, been 4 months and now ready to throw the fitbit out of window, please help a old man who knows nothing about teck, ty in anticipation.

Follow this link to the Fitbit Connect app for your Mac.  Scroll all the way down on the page to the pink "Download for Mac" link and click on that.  https://www.fitbit.com/setup?platform=mac

 

Follow the prompts for installation to your Mac.  There should now be a little Fitbit icon in the bar at the very top of your screen (like where the WiFi and battery symbol are).  Make sure your Bluetooth is ON in your Mac computer and click the Fitbit icon at the top of the screen and then "Sync Now".  If you are near to your computer with your Versa the sync should occur.
