HELP. Versa Lite, start up issues with pairing.

I have a current Versa lite. After I put on a new watch face last night it stopped syncing and today instead of restarting watch I hit factory reset. The watch is on now asking me to download the app. I went into the app to re-add the device but it will not connect with I guess the Bluetooth on my phone. It looks on my phone like my Bluetooth is turned off and I turn it on but the app says it is searching for the device and  it cannot locate it. I'm in a bit of a tizzy here and hope someone can help me with either phone settings or the Versa itself.

When you hit factory reset there are some things that you need to do to get linked up again. First remove the device on the app. Next go to the phones bluetooth setting and make sure the Versa Lite is not listed as a linked device. If it is, unlink it. Finally go back to the phone app and add the Versa Lite just like you did when you first got it.

Thank you. It worked then but now today I have the same problem all over again. Now it's updating again. I wonder if this is going to be a regular issue.
