I have purchased versa lite online just 6 months ago, i just din't use it for a week as i i w on vacation and later when i tried charging it and was working fine , ususally it runs for atleast a week, to my surprise the very next day it was drained, i tried charging again and it gave 1 hour power and that is it, couldn't charge it after, i tried with different devices searched online for help but learned that there is no proper gateway for servicing in india!! Can anybody please help me, in case you have gone through the same , it would be most helpful. Thanks in advance.

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.

I have tried everything, but it is of no use, i tried again just in case , again no change, please help me with it as the help content was not helpful. It started after the latest update in january. I suspect the issue is with the latest update as i i ha seen many such problem posted in the community. We don't even have service centres in hyderabad(India) and its just been six months since i purchased it. Please do help!!!

That sounds like it would be covered under the limited warranty, only I don't know how expensive shipping the watch would be.
To return you would need a return authorization number from fitbit.

The limited warranty comes along with the product right?

As long as you have proof that the item was purchased less than a year ago you should be ok.

Even if i ship it, the charges would probably cost half of my fitbit price 🤐.
