Hi
I just brought a Versa and i cannot get it to sync
I have restarted my phone, uninstalled the app, disconnected and forgotten the device on Bluetooth, connected to wifi and its still not working.
I am almost going to send it back or break it im getting that cross. Did anyone else have this problem,?

At what point in the set up are you getting stuck and what problem are you having?
Have you checked that your phone works with fitbit at www.fitbit.com/devices ?
