Issues with Replaced Fitbit Versa

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I just got my Fitbit Versa replaced because I'm under the 1 year warranty that if something were to happen to the watch that wasn't regular wear-and-tear, it would either be replaced or refurbished with new parts free of charge. I had to get my original Versa replaced because it wouldn't charge anymore and there were glitching issues. I just received the brand new replacement about a week ago. Two days later, when I took it off the charger since it was charging the night before, the screen was completely black. No matter what buttons I push and hold, nothing will show up on the screen (not even the battery life or factory reset). I need to get a brand new replacement Versa ASAP because I'm on my high school's cross country team and I need it to track my runs. Please get back to me ASAP.

I'm afraid customer support do not monitor these use forums so you'll need to get back to them to sort out the issues with your replacement fitbit.

Just a comment on the warranty though. The terms state:

"If such a defect arises and a return authorization request is received by Fitbit within the applicable Warranty Period, Fitbit will, at its option and to the extent permitted by law, either (1) repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts or (2) replace the Product with a new or refurbished Product."

So, you may get a refurbished, rather than new, replacement. The full terms can be read via the link at the bottom of this page or via: https://www.fitbit.com/legal/returns-and-warranty
