I’ve had my versa for over a year and this week, the heart rate functions stopped working and the green light stays on, causing the battery to drain. The sleep tracker only gives the simplified read out.
Ive tried updating the app, switching to Fitbit clock faces, restarting the Fitbit at least 5 times, and turning the HR function off and on in settings. Nothing has worked. Please help!

I've had my versa for 3 months and for 3 days now, the heart rate function won't work as well as only getting the basic sleep readings. Restarting hasn't help, nor has turning the HR function off and on

My heart rate function quit a few days ago also. Also has a problem syncing sometimes.

My Versa stopped reading HR about 4 days ago and sleep tracker doesnt work either. I chatted on line with support who had me perform a factory reset. That didnt solve the issues. I'm waiting on a response. I've only had this about 6 months and have on going issues with it. Not a good product.

I spoke with customer service last week bc my HR started showing 188 all the time. Now it's not showing anything. But they told me that a lot of Versas are having the issue and they are working on it...but dont know when or how to fix it as of yet

I'm wondering it this is a Fitbit program issue. Everyone seems to have developed the problem at once. Wondering if they shut it off for a software update and haven't reactivated it yet.
