HR tracker stopped working

Hi,

 

My Fitbit Versa started playing up a bit yesterday after I had taken off for a few hours during work.

First it read my heart rate as being 93 for a continuous 3 hours and i noticed the green light wasnt on. After switching it off and back on again, the green light came back on and it started tracking my HR again but then it went off another hour later.

I've tried switching HR on and off, tried shutting it down numerous times and i've even tried a factory reset this morning and none of those have worked, heart rate is just being read as '??'

 

Does anyone have any other suggestions?
